Who are we engraving for?

We'll show their name on every tag in the shop.

Shipping & returns

Every tag is engraved to order in Johannesburg and dispatched within 3 working days of payment. Choose courier to your door or free collection in Khyber Rock, Sandton.

When your order ships

  • We start engraving as soon as your payment reflects. Card and instant EFT payments through PayFast reflect straight away; a manual EFT can take a working day or two, so use your order number as the payment reference.
  • Your tags are dispatched (or ready to collect) within 3 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
  • Need it sooner? WhatsApp us before you order and we'll tell you what's possible.

Courier to your door

  • We courier door-to-door anywhere in South Africa with Fastway. We don't ship outside South Africa.
  • The courier fee is a flat rate per order, set by your postcode: from R60 in much of Johannesburg and the East and West Rand, R85 for most other areas, and more for a few remote areas. Postcodes not on our list are R120. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
  • Transit time is on top of the 3 working days and depends on where you are. Main centres are usually quickest; outlying areas take longer.
  • Add a mobile number at checkout so the courier can reach you, and use a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel during the day (a work address often works best).

Free collection in Khyber Rock

  • Choose "Collect in Khyber Rock" at checkout and there's no delivery fee.
  • We'll WhatsApp you when your tags are ready, with the address and a time that suits you.

Returns & exchanges

  • Every tag is engraved with your details, so personalised tags can't be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. You see a live proof of the engraving before you order: please check the spelling and phone numbers.
  • If the engraving doesn't match your proof, or a tag arrives damaged or faulty, WhatsApp us a photo with your order number and we'll re-engrave or replace it free of charge, including the courier.
  • If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, let us know and we'll follow it up with the courier.

Pet stores & vets
