How long does engraving take?

Every tag is engraved to order and dispatched within 3 working days of payment.

Do you deliver across South Africa?

Yes. We courier door-to-door nationwide, priced by postcode at checkout, or you can collect for free in Khyber Rock, Sandton.

Can I see the engraving before I order?

Yes. Type your pet's name and number and you'll see them engraved on a photo of the real tag, in the finish you choose, before you add it to your cart.

What should I engrave on a pet ID tag?

Your pet's name and a phone number at the very least. Many owners add a second number, a suburb or "I'm chipped". The tag shows how many lines and characters fit.

How do I pay?

By EFT. Prices are in rand and include VAT and the engraving.

Can I return an engraved tag?

Personalised tags are engraved just for you, so they can't be returned. Check the spelling and numbers on the live proof before you order.
