Border War issue South African Defence Force dog tags were stamped with 1,5mm high stamps.
We dont have the same equipment that was used but can rotary engrave tags in a similar font as was used.
The image is Rotary engraved in a 1,5mm font.
Please also note that the SADF tags were produced locally and were slightly different in size.
The set comprises of the two engraved tags and a long chain. Silencers were not issued. Generally the two tags were bound together. (The above price includes the two silencers. Should you not want the silencers the price will reduce on checkout)
Although there were variations, the attached image shows what was generally stamped on the tags, but because they are engraved pretty much anything can be put onto the tag.
