Shipping and Returns


  • Shipping is for the purchasers account unless specifically stated
  • Within South Africa we currently offer four shipping options:
    • You can pick up your order (Woodmead, Sandton area)
    • Registered Post at R55.00 (Free Shipping on orders over R500)
      Due to the current state of the Post Office we do not recommend that you don't use this option. If your package is returned unclaimed, we will only ship using a courier.
    • Courier to your Door between R45 and R80 depending on your location.
  • Goods will deemed to have been delivered once the Post Office or Courier company has accepted the parcel and the relevant tracking information has been supplied.
    We update the Order Status to reflect this.
  • If you select the "Courier to your Door" option we may depending on your location, use another courier company.
  • We are unable to send your order to one of the listed shops unless you clear it with both the shop and us before the order is placed. This will then only go with their next order.
  • For Shipping out of South Africa or any unusual shipping requests please Contact Us for a quote.
  • We generally Courier the day after payment is received.

  • Due to the closure of Post Office branches we no longer offer the Registered Post option on the Shipping Page. Should you wish to make use of it, please contact us beforehand and we will activate it for your order. Posting is only done on Fridays after payment is received.
    Please also note that we are unable to follow-up with the Post Office on delayed shipments.

Lost Shipments:

  • Should your tags go missing we adopt the following policy.
    At our discretion will replace the order, and in turn we will deal with the Courier/Post Office to procure a refund. This is subject to us arranging the shipping/postage.


  • Should the engraving on the goods be incorrectly supplied by us they will be either credited in full or replaced.
  • Should you not be happy with the quality of non-personalised tags they will be credited in full except for the shipping costs.
  • All goods will only be refunded or exchanged if done so within seven days of receipt.
  • Refunds will only entertained if goods are returned in original condition.
